Anthem community is shrouded with a magnificent golf course, maintains roving security, and has a resort-type atmosphere which features some of the most intriguing scenery in the country with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline.

Anthem is located in the southwest hills in the city of Henderson with mountains on one side and elevated city views on the other side.

 

The Anthem community, developed by Del Webb, offers very affordable residences with homes sized from 2 to 5 bedrooms and ranging from 1,900 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Families of all income levels are sure to find a neighborhood to fit their needs. There will soon be a total of 13,000 homes spread over nearly 5,000 acres. Many of the communities located within Anthem are age-restricted, but there are a few neighborhoods that welcome younger residents as well.
