Boca Raton is a new $450 million, 756-unit Boca Raton at Serene Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South. Developed by Palm Beach Resort Condominiums LLC, the 15-acre mid-rise condo complex consists of four seven-story buildings. The first two buildings, totaling 378 homes, opened this spring with a two-level, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse. Boca Raton is scheduled for build-out by late 2009.
