ManhattanWest is designed to bring urban living to the Las Vegas Valley’s Western South Strip.
Manhatten West is located on Russell Road west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the mixed-use project will be comprised of 700 residences, 150,000 square feet of office and 40,000 square feet of retail space on 20 landscaped acres.

The ninth floor Sky Lounge at Element House will offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley from the mountains to the Strip, according to the developer.

The roof deck area will feature two lounge pools.
ManhattanExpress, a free premium shuttle service is planned for ManhattanWest. The service will take owners to the airport, Strip and Summerlin.
To reach the sales center take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Russell Road exit west. Head south on Frontage Road, turn right on Oquendo and turn right into the Desert Canyon Office Park.
