The $150 million Streamline Tower, a new 275-unit downtown 22-story residential skyscraper with 12,000 square feet of gournd-level retail space, is scheduled to finish in February 2008 at Ogden Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard North. Developed by Barclays North Inc., of Everett, Washington. Las Vegas-based Martin-Harris Construction is the general contractor.
